Small jobs welcome
A wobbly railing or a door that won't close isn't a big project, but it still needs someone who shows up. Short repair jobs are a big part of what we do. If you have a list, we can often take care of several items in one visit.
Dry rot and decks
Our damp weather means rot is common in deck boards, stair stringers, window sills and exterior trim. Caught early, it's a simple repair: we cut out the bad wood, replace it, and seal and paint it so it lasts. Left alone, it spreads into the framing and gets much more expensive.
For contractors and property managers
We also work as a carpentry and finish subcontractor for builders, and take care of repair lists for rental owners and property managers. How we work with property pros
Carpentry questions
Is my job too small?
Probably not. Call or send us the details and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Do you build new decks?
Yes, from small landings to full decks with railings and stairs, and we repair and refinish existing ones.
Can you match my existing trim?
In most cases, yes. We match the profile as closely as we can, then paint or stain it to blend with what's there.
